Quail Breeding

Predator Pantry specializes in raising Jumbo Coturnix quail selected for size, health, and consistency. These hardy birds grow quickly and efficiently, allowing us to offer a variety of feeder sizes for animals ranging from small reptiles to large birds of prey.

While most feeder quail are processed at standard market sizes, larger birds can be grown out upon request. Depending on availability and growth timelines, select birds may reach weights exceeding 12 ounces. If you require larger feeder quail for raptors, exotic animals, or specialized feeding programs, please contact us to discuss your needs.

Our breeding program focuses on selecting healthy, well-conditioned birds with strong body size and sound structure. Breeding stock is managed with an emphasis on flock health, cleanliness, and consistent production.

Predator Pantry maintains an active NPIP (National Poultry Improvement Plan) participating flock, with regular testing performed to help monitor flock health and maintain high husbandry standards.

Quail are raised on wire flooring designed to promote cleanliness and reduce exposure to waste, helping maintain a healthy environment throughout the growing process.

Eggs are collected daily and set regularly to support strong hatch rates and consistent production throughout the year.
